Our service offers landlords assurance that they will receive guaranteed rent for the duration of the contract, no matter the circumstances of the tenant occupying the property.
We cover the cost of day-to-day repairs during the term of the contract. The service also includes tenancy management, meaning that landlords will have no involvement for the term of the contract maintaining a completely hands off Investment.
Landlords can have surety that our service could save them money compared to traditional letting methods, because we do not charge any agency fees and we cover void periods within the agreed term ensuring you maintain your income If/when your property is empty.
In accordance with the terms of the contract, we will return properties back to landlords in the same condition less fair wear/tear or improved in certain cases, leaving landlords with peace and serenity.

We can provide a light refurb to the property-if necessary and this will be at our own cost to your benefit at the end of our agreement. We then sublet and manage the property and maintain it to the highest standard ensuring tenants and landlords are happy with our service. We also ensure the property is cleaned and cover the cost of maintenance on your behalf.
